• Deliver live training and instructional content for partners and internal teams
• Create customized training programs for end users and system administrators
• Review and create technical documentation and certification programs

• Experience with Salesforce and demonstrated technical aptitude
• Experience working with AI tools
• Experience creating technical documentation and job aids
