You'll own the full sales cycle for acquiring new merchant customers in the DACH market, from cold outreach to Go-Live. You'll manage complex deals in payments and fintech, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Risk, and Compliance. This role offers a clear path to Senior BDM and enterprise accounts.

  • Build a self-sourced pipeline with 60/40 inbound/outbound split
  • Own full-cycle deals from first contact to Go-Live coordination
  • Accurately plan and forecast short- and long-term pipeline
  • Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Onboarding, Risk, and Compliance

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 3โ€“5 years of sales experience with inbound and outbound track record
  • Proven experience in outbound sales with cold outreach and complex deal closing
  • Background in Payment, FinTech, E-Commerce, or SaaS
  • Full professional proficiency in German and English

  • Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks
  • Experience in C-level communication and stakeholder management
