๐ผ About This Role
You'll own the full sales cycle for acquiring new merchant customers in the DACH market, from cold outreach to Go-Live. You'll manage complex deals in payments and fintech, working cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Risk, and Compliance. This role offers a clear path to Senior BDM and enterprise accounts.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Build a self-sourced pipeline with 60/40 inbound/outbound split
- Own full-cycle deals from first contact to Go-Live coordination
- Accurately plan and forecast short- and long-term pipeline
- Coordinate with Sales Engineering, Onboarding, Risk, and Compliance
๐ Requirements
- 3โ5 years of sales experience with inbound and outbound track record
- Proven experience in outbound sales with cold outreach and complex deal closing
- Background in Payment, FinTech, E-Commerce, or SaaS
- Full professional proficiency in German and English

- Familiarity with MEDDICC or similar sales frameworks
