You'll lead distributed engineering teams building scalable SaaS solutions for the mortgage technology space. You'll shape the cloud-hosted platform that powers complex lending workflows. This role combines technical leadership with people management in a fast-paced, agile environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead end-to-end software delivery across distributed front-end, QA, and BA teams
• Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps and translate goals into development plans
• Oversee architecture of Azure-hosted services, APIs, and Angular front-end applications
• Manage full lifecycle from scoping through deployment and post-release support

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software development experience
• At least 1+ year in a technical leadership or management role
• Strong hands-on expertise in Angular (12+) and modern front-end development
• Experience building RESTful APIs with .NET, ASP.NET, Web API, and SQL Server

• Experience with micro-frontend approaches
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
• Experience managing remote and cross-functional teams
