Description

You will accompany healthcare providers during patient visits to accurately document medical histories, exam details, and care plans. You'll prepare charts beforehand, transcribe orders, manage follow-up tasks, and ensure error-free documentation using our technology suite.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of Medical Scribe experience
• Strong written communication and knowledge of medical terminology
• High comfort level typing and using multiple software systems
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors
• Experience working in collaborative, feedback-driven teams

Responsibilities

• Prepare patient charts prior to visits and accompany provider to transcribe visit notes and documentation
• Transcribe patient orders (lab tests, radiology, medications)
• Support patient care by retrieving medical supplies and equipment during visits
• Work through provider's task queue (patient messages, letters, follow-up items)
• Spot and correct inconsistencies in medical documentation
