💼 About This Role

You'll lead the design and development of automotive-grade electrical distribution systems for autonomous vehicles. You'll manage end-to-end subsystem details while resolving complex electromechanical interface issues between proprietary tech and OEM platforms. You'll oversee technical implementation from prototyping to final vehicle launch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and develop automotive-grade electrical distribution systems.
• Develop complex 3D CAD assemblies integrating COTS and proprietary hardware.
• Tailor integration strategies for various vehicle platforms.
• Deliver production-ready 2D and 3D CAD packages with GD&T.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering.
• 5+ years of automotive or aerospace harness design and release experience.
• Experience with electrical harness CAD design in automotive or autonomous vehicles.
• Proficiency with Zuken, Capital, MentorGraphics, or similar EDA tools.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with rapid proto-harnessing and form-board production assembly.
• Knowledge of communication protocol circuits like CAN/LIN/Base T-1000.
• Experience packaging harnesses with consideration of vehicle assembly sequencing.
