💼 About This Role

You'll coordinate restorative occupational therapy services for a frail elderly population within an interdisciplinary team. Your work will maximize participant independence and safety. You'll enjoy lower patient volumes and long-term relationships.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Conduct OT assessments in facility and occasionally in homes.
• Participate in IDT meetings to develop care plans.
• Deliver and document interventions per care plans.
• Provide training and guidance to Therapy Assistants.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy.
• Two years in a clinical setting with frail or elderly population.
• Valid California Occupational Therapy License.
• CPR and First Aid certification within 180 days of hire.

✨ Nice to Have

• Master's degree in occupational therapy.
• Outpatient, acute, inpatient, or skilled nursing experience.
• CPR and First Aid certification upon hire.
