🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and own product vision and roadmap with executive leadership
• Lead and develop a small senior product team

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years professional experience including 2+ years product leadership
• Domain experience in energy systems (utility-scale storage, grid operations, etc.)
• Experience building analytics-driven products with data pipelines or models
• Ability to engage credibly with highly technical stakeholders
