Description
You will own and elevate our paid social programs across LinkedIn, Meta, and emerging platforms, driving full-funnel growth through hands-on execution and optimization. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting paid search and programmatic channels as needed.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years experience in paid social or digital advertising (B2B SaaS, AdTech, or MarTech preferred)
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn, Meta, and TikTok advertising platforms
- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing, YouTube preferred but not required
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM
- Proactive, data-driven, and creative problem solver
Responsibilities
- Own paid social strategy across LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms
- Build, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns end-to-end
- Monitor daily/weekly performance to optimize targeting, creative, and bidding
- Partner with Integrated Campaigns, Product Marketing, and Brand Creative
- Own reporting dashboards and deliver performance insights to leadership
