💼 About This Role

You'll serve as the primary Finance Business Partner for appointments reporting at Headway, a Series D company building a new mental healthcare system. You'll build models, track performance, and surface insights that drive appointment volume and retention across Provider and Patient. This highly cross-functional role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of financial analysis and strategic decision-making in a mission-driven company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain functional operating models for Provider and Patient
• Lead deep dives to identify business problems and develop strategies
• Partner cross-functionally to surface insights and support decision-making
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready materials to communicate progress

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in financial services and strategic finance
• Highly proficient in Google Sheets and Looker
• Detail-oriented with a measure twice, cut once approach
• Excited about AI and applying it to finance
