🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee IT support operations and end-user service delivery.

• Own enterprise software lifecycle including vendor negotiations and governance.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in IT, enterprise software, or technology organizations.
• 5+ years in strategic or operational leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading IT support and enterprise software initiatives.
• Experience in a regulated industry (medical device, health tech).

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's in IT, CS, IS, or related field.
• Familiarity with SOC2, HIPAA, and SOX compliance.
• Background in program management.
