💼 About This Role

You'll be the architect of how our GTM teams learn, understand, and articulate Vanta's product value, designing and delivering enablement programs that drive product adoption and directly impact revenue outcomes. You'll own the full lifecycle of product enablement for both presales and postsales, from curriculum design through measurement and iteration. This senior IC role offers the chance to define enablement strategy at a rapidly growing security startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive product enablement strategy aligned with product launches.
• Create engaging training content including video tutorials, e-learning modules, and certifications.
• Partner with product teams to ensure help center and documentation are accurate and up-to-date.
• Measure effectiveness of training programs and iterate based on data and feedback.

📋 Requirements

• 8–10 years in product enablement, GTM enablement, or similar role.
• Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with enablement technology including LMS, content management, and conversation intelligence tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

✨ Nice to Have

• Prior quota-carrying sales, customer success, or PMM experience.
• Familiarity with GRC/Security space or highly technical environments.
• Experience using AI to improve enablement efficiency and impact.
