Description

You'll provide compassionate, evidence-based care to women navigating perimenopause, menopause, and other midlife transitions through a virtual-first care model. You'll have time for quality visits, supported by expert protocols and a collaborative team, helping close the gender health gap.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted NP license in at least one US state (multiple preferred)
• Prescriptive authority as a Nurse Practitioner
• Active national board certification (FNP, WHNP, AGNP or similar)
• Minimum 3 years recent NP experience in Primary Care, Women's Health, or Gynecology
• High proficiency with telehealth platforms, EMRs, and communication tools

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized, evidence-based care to women in midlife via telehealth
• Listen, educate, and develop treatment plans using expert clinical pathways
• Collaborate with care coordinators and clinical leaders for comprehensive care
• Participate in weekly accredited clinical education
• Maintain thorough documentation in EMR and telehealth platforms
