Description

You will own the end-to-end product experience for creator safety on Roblox, shaping how creators understand policies, respond to enforcement actions, and remediate issues. You'll work across cross-functional teams to build tools that empower creators and drive clarity and transparency in safety systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in consumer, creator, developer platforms and/or Trust Safety.
• Deep customer obsession and ability to build robust feedback loops.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create logical narratives.
• Ability to pair qualitative feedback with quantitative signals.
• Proven ability to drive alignment across matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end creator safety product experience including transparency, enforcement communication, appeals, remediation, and reform.
• Define and refine product vision for how creators understand and interact with safety systems.
• Turn ambiguous problems into tangible, shippable solutions.
• Build tools for creators to monitor experiences, manage harmful behavior, and understand platform standing.
• Advocate for creators internally and drive alignment across Safety, Creator, Policy, Operations, Developer Relations, Legal, etc.
