💼 About This Role

You'll lead demand forecasting for 3-5 North American accounts at a top beauty brand. Your insights will directly impact inventory and sales alignment. This interim role offers a hybrid work environment and equity.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts for assigned accounts.
• Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and seasonality.
• Lead Pre-S&OP meetings with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and bias metrics.

📋 Requirements

• 2-5 years of demand planning or supply chain analytics experience.
• Experience in CPG or cosmetics manufacturing with large SKU mix.
• Cross-functional S&OP modeling and process leadership experience.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Suite.

✨ Nice to Have

• Bachelor's degree in related field (advanced degree preferred).
• Experience building driver-based forecasts for complex product lifecycles.
