Description

You will join a new L3 Support Line as a senior technical expert, leading deep investigations into server, firmware, and Linux issues across datacenters. You'll drive root cause analysis, collaborate with vendors on permanent fixes, and create scalable runbooks to elevate L1/L2 teams.

Requirements

  • Deep expertise in servers, firmware (BIOS/BMC), and Linux diagnostics
  • Experience in root cause analysis and pattern detection across distributed datacenters
  • Ability to collaborate with R&D and ODM vendors to drive permanent fixes
  • Skills in creating scalable runbooks, troubleshooting guides, and error catalogs
  • Senior-level technical troubleshooting and knowledge enablement

Responsibilities

  • Lead root cause analysis for GPU failures, firmware issues, Linux-level faults, and HW/SW interactions
  • Detect recurring patterns across sites and convert findings into durable fixes
  • Own technical workstreams during high-severity incidents
  • Build evidence packs and drive escalations with ODM and R&D vendors
  • Support validation and rollout of firmware updates (BIOS/BMC) and operationalize platform standards
