You'll join the Business Technology Group to administer and improve cloud-based and on-premises platforms for a global investment firm. Your work will ensure stable, secure operations across identity, endpoints, and AI tools. You'll also play a key role in adopting AI-enabled services responsibly.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including identity, email, and endpoint management.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Coordinate with vendors for platform upgrades and support engagements.
• Support AI-enabled platforms like Microsoft Copilot with access controls and monitoring.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years administering cloud-based enterprise platforms
• Experience with identity and access management platforms like Entra ID or Active Directory
• Hands-on experience with Azure App Services and cloud application management
• Experience with IT service management platforms and endpoint security solutions
