💼 About This Role

You'll define and lead how Orium grows its client portfolio, transforming account management into an AI-enabled function. You'll own the account growth engine end-to-end, driving expansion and renewal conversations at meaningful deal sizes. This strategic leadership role combines personal account ownership with building a repeatable approach to growth.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Own personal portfolio of 5-8 priority accounts as commercial relationship owner
  • Drive expansion and renewal conversations at $200K-$500K+ deal sizes
  • Establish account-level growth strategies for priority clients
  • Design and implement AI-enabled account management workflows

📋 Requirements

  • 10+ years in account management, sales, or consulting
  • Proven track record of closing $200K+ expansion deals
  • Experience leading account management teams
  • Strong executive presence with VP/CTO-level client relationships

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in commerce or AI/agent ecosystem
  • Familiarity with composable systems or digital experience platforms
  • Background in professional services or agency environment
