You'll design and deploy intelligent agentic systems for Unity's ad-tech ecosystem, integrating LLMs with enterprise data. You'll modernize core infrastructure and build backend systems for next-generation AI agents that directly influence revenue growth. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and deploy intelligent agentic systems integrating LLMs with enterprise data.
• Develop RAG applications using Azure AI Search and vector databases.
• Build and iterate on conversational agents delivering measurable business value.
• Drive quality through automated testing, monitoring, and data-driven evaluation.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8-10+ years of software engineering experience, including 1-2+ years on AI-powered systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel).
• Strong proficiency in Java, Go, or Python and building large-scale distributed systems.

✨ Nice to Have

• Ad-tech domain context: auction mechanics, bidding algorithms, or advertiser funnels.
• Familiarity with MCP Protocol for building interoperable AI connections.
