You'll oversee global debit and credit memo workflows, ensuring third-party partners and internal teams are accurate and efficient. You'll identify systemic errors and design processes to prevent them, acting as the final escalation point for complex disputes. This role offers the chance to leverage airline and GDS relationships for negotiations and automate back-office operations to reduce financial loss.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and optimize end-to-end dispute workflows to reduce financial leakage.
• Perform gap analyses to identify systemic ticketing errors and implement controls.
• Lead investigations into complex fraud and chargeback cases with Fraud Risk teams.
• Transform raw memo data into actionable dashboards and KPIs.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in travel industry operations with focus on ticketing and revenue recovery.
• GDS power user in Sabre or Amadeus with technical depth in PNR histories.
• Proven track record of developing strategies to reduce recurring debit memos.
• Ability to manage and interpret ADM data and track recovery trends.
