You'll perform setups for multi-axis CNC milling machines and machine precision components to tight tolerances. Your work directly supports production schedules in a fast-paced environment, ensuring quality and efficiency.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform complete setups for multi-axis CNC vertical and horizontal milling machines
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and machining instructions
• Machine precision components to tight tolerances (± .002")
• Edit and create CNC programs to support production

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of CNC programming experience
• 4-5 years of fixturing and setup experience
• Experience with SolidWorks CAM Pro
• Experience working with aluminum, stainless steel, and carbon steel

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with lathe work, drilling, grinding, milling, and hand tools
• Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance
• Ability to collaborate with production teams on tooling and process improvements
