💼 About This Role

You'll own the mission of making FLORA the default creative AI tool in art and design programs. You'll design and execute a repeatable playbook for institutional adoption, building trusted relationships with professors and administrators. This high-ownership role turns early adoption into durable dominance.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and execute a repeatable playbook for adopting FLORA within art and design schools
• Build trusted relationships with influential professors and program leaders
• Engage with department heads, deans, and senior administrators for institutional deals
• Oversee creation and curation of teaching resources and learning materials

📋 Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in education-focused GTM, product marketing, or strategic partnerships
• Experience with tool adoption in educational institutions
• Comfortable engaging senior faculty, department heads, and administrators as a peer
• Ability to design multi-year distribution strategy and personally land initial schools

✨ Nice to Have

• Former EDU PMM experience at a design- or productivity-led company (e.g., Figma, Adobe, Google, Notion)
• Experience working inside or alongside art/design schools
• Existing relationships with creative educators or institutions
