You'll coordinate development across teams building a global fundraising platform for nonprofits. Your core impact is removing blockers and improving processes to keep the roadmap on track. You'll collaborate with Russian-speaking teams and American colleagues in a remote-first environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Take part in building the roadmap
• Coordinate development and monitor alignment with the plan
• Spot recurring process issues and improve them
• Help remove blockers for teams

📋 Requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Technical background with understanding of JS, TS, UML, JSON
• Ability to write reports and SQL queries
• English at C1 level for technical discussions
