You will own end-to-end Workday configuration for Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM, lead annual events like Open Enrollment and Compensation Reviews, and build reports and dashboards. This role focuses on optimizing Okta's global workforce systems.

Requirements

  • 7+ years Workday experience with Benefits and Advanced Comp expertise
  • 4+ years in Advanced Compensation
  • Strong understanding of Total Rewards business processes
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions
  • Experience with EIBs, Core Connectors, and Report as a Service

Responsibilities

  • Own Workday configuration lifecycle for Benefits, Advanced Compensation, and Core HCM
  • Lead Open Enrollment and Annual Compensation Reviews
  • Build custom reports, dashboards, and hubs
  • Manage Workday upgrades and evaluate new functionality
  • Support knowledge sharing and capability building
