You'll lead a team of Solutions Engineers driving technical wins for Fortune 500 enterprises adopting Notion as a strategic platform. You'll partner with Enterprise Sales leadership to navigate complex multi-stakeholder deals. This role shapes Notion's AI roadmap and directly impacts pipeline growth across the Americas.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Lead and mentor a team of Solutions Engineers for enterprise accounts
  • Partner with Head of Enterprise Sales on technical deals
  • Evangelize Notion's AI capabilities to enterprise buyers
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams

📋 Requirements

  • 5+ years managing Solutions Engineering teams
  • Technical depth in enterprise SaaS integrations and security (SSO, SCIM, DLP)
  • Executive presence to build relationships with C-level buyers
  • Experience leading multi-quarter enterprise sales cycles

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience at high-growth SaaS companies selling to Fortune 500
  • Hands-on experience with Notion
  • Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools for enterprise workflows
