💼 About This Role

You'll drive Replit's growth strategy end-to-end, focusing on acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention. You'll build a systematic, repeatable growth engine for one of the fastest-growing platforms. This is the first growth PM role, offering high ownership and impact.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and execute product strategies for user acquisition, activation, monetization, and retention.
• Run A/B tests and analyze metrics to improve onboarding, conversion, and engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, marketing, and community teams.
• Conduct user research to identify growth opportunities and pain points.

📋 Requirements

• Growth Product Management experience driving user growth in a B2C or self-serve SaaS product.
• Data-driven with hands-on A/B testing, funnel analysis, and experimentation.
• Product sense and deep user empathy for creating habit-forming experiences.
• Execution mindset with ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical background: CS degree or coding experience.
• B2B/enterprise growth exposure and understanding of product-led sales.
• Experience scaling a product in a high-growth startup.
