💼 About This Role

You'll build and maintain a quality program for Samsara's Deal Support organization, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in deal lifecycle processes. You'll provide feedback and business intelligence to drive continuous improvement and mitigate risk. This is a remote position open to candidates in Canada.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Audit deal-related interactions and workflows across internal systems
• Design and support a coaching framework for manager feedback
• Analyze quality data using Excel and Google Sheets
• Support Deal Support Quality Program through targeted auditing

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or operations role
• At least 2 years directly focused on executing quality programs
• Demonstrated experience designing and using quality rubrics or scorecards
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in root cause analysis

✨ Nice to Have

• Industry-standard quality or process improvement certifications (e.g., COPC, Six Sigma, ASQ)
• Experience incorporating stakeholder feedback into quality improvement
• Experience with Salesforce or QA tracking software
