💼 About This Role

You'll support wellness businesses using Arketa's platform, answering questions via chat, email, and Zoom. Your core impact is creating magical customer experiences and representing partner feedback to improve our product. This role offers ownership in a fast-growing Series A startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Answer partner questions via chat or email with speedy, friendly responses
• Jump on Zoom calls to walk through customer inquiries
• Guide new partners after onboarding and assist with migrations
• Troubleshoot problems quickly and turn grumpy folks into fans

📋 Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in Customer Support or similar role
• Experience working behind the desk of a wellness business
• Impeccable written communications across social and email
• Ability to multi-task and manage numerous requests concurrently

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Intercom, Slack, Notion, or Google Suite
• Four-year post-secondary education / Bachelor's degree
• Fitness & wellness providers already using Arketa
