Description

You will lead product marketing for Student Loan Refinance and own the At Work (B2B2C) marketing channel, a critical growth lever. You'll define and optimize multi-channel acquisition strategies, manage budgets, drive offer and creative strategy, and collaborate with product and sales teams to accelerate growth. This player-coach role includes mentoring an associate manager.

Requirements

• 8+ years of B2C Product Marketing and/or Growth Marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Consumer Insights, or similar
• Proven track record accelerating growth in FinTech or B2C financial product
• Channel management experience with strategic and tactical execution
• Analytics mastery with tools like Tableau, Amplitude, A/B testing

Responsibilities

• Own and scale multi-channel acquisition strategies and GTM plans
• Monitor market context and competitive threats, pivot strategies as needed
• Oversee Student Loan Refinance marketing budget, forecast incremental growth
• Define target audience segmentation, develop research-backed messaging
• Architect offer strategy, manage offer terms and creative testing
