You'll serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for SMB restaurant customers, driving product adoption and retention. Your core impact is retaining and growing SaaS revenue through consultative engagements. You'll work cross-functionally to build a scaled customer success model.
π― What You'll Do
- Work cross-functionally with Sales and Growth Leadership to align on revenue opportunities.
- Build relationships and trust with customers through advocacy to drive referrals.
- Retain and grow SaaS revenue through consultative engagements and product recommendations.
- Drive activation and adoption across Toast's product suite using internal tools.
π Requirements
- 2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience.
- High technical aptitude to quickly learn technical concepts.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills.
β¨ Nice to Have
- 1+ years of experience using a POS software, ideally in the service industry.
- Experience in the tech industry or for a SaaS company.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, MS Office, G-Suite, and Slack.
