Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 8+ years in senior revenue operations and billing role
- 5+ years of team management experience
- Proven success in automating manual processes
- Expert-level Excel skills
Responsibilities
- Lead automation of manual spreadsheet-based workflows into system-driven processes
- Own end-to-end billing and revenue cycle across business units
- Assist in monthly financial close and ensure GAAP compliance
- Drive accounting projects like system implementations and process improvements
- Lead monthly revenue variance analysis and provide insights to CFO and FP&A
