Description

In this role, you will support the local brokerage, development, and acquisition platform by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable market intelligence. You'll analyze commercial real estate data, maintain proprietary databases, and produce high-quality research deliverables to drive client strategy and business development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Business, or related discipline
• 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate research, analytics, or market analysis preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; strong analytical and data management skills
• Experience with CoStar, MSCI/RCA, Trepp, or similar tools preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to manage multiple deadlines

Responsibilities

• Collect and validate market data across asset classes (office, industrial, retail, multifamily)
• Monitor and report on key market fundamentals, capital markets, and trends
• Produce quarterly market reports, presentations, and customized client materials
• Support business development with data-driven insights for proposals and pitches
• Collaborate with brokerage, marketing, and leadership on ad hoc research requests
