You'll manage FP&A cycles (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) for a fast-growing SaaS company. You'll collaborate with Top Management Team to influence key financial decisions and build global FP&A processes for Korea and Japan.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Analyze monthly P&L and budget variance
• Track KPIs and update dashboards
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Prepare FP&A and management reports

📋 Requirements

• 4-6 years of FP&A or related experience
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
• Logical thinking and attention to detail
• Data-driven decision mindset and interest in SaaS

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with SQL and BI tools (Looker, Tableau)
• Scripting skills in Google App Script or Python
• English or Japanese communication ability
