💼 About This Role

You'll design, build, and scale data services for Xealth's analytics platform. Your work will power high-volume streaming pipelines and clinical insights that improve patient outcomes. This role offers hands-on impact in a rapidly growing digital health company backed by Samsung.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build scalable data pipelines using PySpark and Databricks
• Perform data modeling and dimensional modeling for analytic workloads
• Ingest high-volume data via APIs, CDC, and streaming mechanisms
• Write unit and integration tests for production reliability

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years building production data pipelines with Python, PySpark, and SQL
• Deep understanding of distributed computing principles (concurrency, partitioning, shuffling)
• Proficient in troubleshooting Spark executor errors, memory leaks, and data skew
• Hands-on experience with Delta Lake and open table formats

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated healthcare with PHI and data security governance
• Streaming pipelines with Apache Kafka or Apache Flink
• Data observability tools for monitoring quality and lineage
