You'll support MacOS and Windows desktop systems for employees, providing high-quality technical assistance and resolving service requests daily. Your work ensures seamless IT operations across the organization, from onboarding to troubleshooting. This role offers exposure to SaaS and network administration in a fast-paced environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist employees with MacOS and Windows desktop issues
• Manage and resolve service request tickets daily
• Perform IT orientation and hardware setup for new hires
• Maintain and upgrade computer systems and peripherals

📋 Requirements

• macOS certification or proven experience
• SaaS Systems Administration (MDM, GSuite, Slack, etc.)
• Network Administration (WiFi, LAN, Fortigate Firewall)
• 3+ years in a Help Desk or Support role

• Bash, Google Script, or PowerShell scripting
• Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Professional certification (CCNS, CISSP, MCSE)
