💼 About This Role

You'll lead a team of Account Executives focused on closing high-volume new business and expanding inbound demand into revenue. Your leadership will directly impact pipeline conversion and sales velocity at Scribe, a fast-growing Workflow AI platform. This role offers the chance to build repeatable sales motions at scale.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Drive pipeline conversion and deal velocity
  • Build repeatable playbooks for PLG-assisted sales
  • Coach reps on discovery, demo efficiency, and closing discipline
  • Ensure forecast accuracy across a high-activity environment

📋 Requirements

  • 2-4 years leading an SMB/Commercial sales team with 7+ AEs
  • Track record of managing $10K-$50K ARR deals with 30-60 day cycles
  • Expert in pipeline management, conversion metrics, and activity-based forecasting
  • Experience in high-volume, fast-paced sales environment (PLG or inbound-led preferred)
