Description

You will shape how enterprise developers learn and adopt Temporal by defining education strategy, designing workshops and training programs, and mentoring other advocates. You'll stay hands-on through direct teaching, conference talks, and customer engagements, while experimenting with new formats like AI-assisted learning.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background with distributed systems experience
• Build production-quality apps in Go, Java, TypeScript, Python, or .NET
• Experience creating high-quality technical education (tutorials, workshops, courses)
• Strategic mindset to shape programs, not just execute tasks
• Willingness to travel ~30% for events and engagements

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve enterprise developer education approach
• Set technical and instructional direction for workshops and training programs
• Design train-the-trainer initiatives and certification pathways
• Experiment with new education formats and iterate based on feedback
• Deliver enterprise Dev Day workshops and technical training, represent Temporal at events
