💼 About This Role

You'll drive new advertising revenue for OpenAI's platform by owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal closure. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to ensure advertiser success while maintaining platform integrity. This remote role is based in Miami with a hybrid model requiring 3 days in the office per week.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prospect, qualify, and close new advertising opportunities.
• Own and achieve a defined revenue target within assigned territory.
• Develop and execute structured account plans to drive advertiser ROI.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior-level advertising decision-makers.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or client-facing strategy roles.
• 3+ years of experience as an advisor influencing executives and clients.
• Experience owning revenue targets and closing complex deals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
