You'll shape the next chapter of Teachable's commerce experience, owning end-to-end design for checkout, payments, and fraud prevention. Your work will directly impact high-traffic surfaces and real transaction flows for creators. You'll partner with product and engineering across US and Brazil teams.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead evolution of commerce experiences including checkout flows and payment systems
• Conduct user research to uncover needs and inform product direction
• Collaborate with engineering to integrate new payment methods and deepen Stripe integration
• Run experiments and A/B tests to optimize conversion

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years shipping product design work on a team
• Solid visual design fundamentals including consistency, color, typography, responsive layouts
• Experience collaborating closely with engineering
• Portfolio with real case studies

• Growth-stage company experience ($10MM–$100MM ARR)
• Fintech or ecommerce background
• A/B testing and experiment-driven design
