You'll oversee deployment and maintenance of AV and TelePresence technologies across client sites, leading installation teams and acting as a technical escalation point. Your core impact is ensuring optimal system performance and high service delivery standards. This role requires up to 70% travel.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead installation and de-installation of AV/TelePresence products
• Supervise and guide AV Technicians during installation projects
• Configure endpoints and infrastructure
• Conduct room audits to ensure optimal technology performance

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience leading AV Technician or Engineering teams
• Hands-on experience terminating, configuring, and programming AV equipment (Extron, Cisco, Crestron, AMX)
• Ability to read and interpret technical plans and perform configurations
• Experience with AV/VC integrations

✨ Nice to Have

• Technical proficiency in Control Systems (Crestron, AMX, Extron)
• Technical proficiency in Audio Systems (BIAMP, QSC, Polycom)
• Technical proficiency in Video Systems (Cisco, Polycom)
