You will manage visual merchandising and operational functions to drive store sales and profitability. Collaborate with the Visual Manager to execute floor sets, product placement, and team feedback for optimal results.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving, and processing
• Maintain strategic product presentation and visual merchandising in partnership with Visual Manager
• Plan visual floor changes with management team through payroll management
• Execute and maintain visual direction from planning to meeting company expectations
