💼 About This Role
You'll own Tempo's enterprise GTM strategy for Latin America, sourcing and closing strategic deals. You'll serve as the commercial and technical bridge between Tempo and regional partners. This high-ownership role lets you shape partnerships from scratch in an early-stage market.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own enterprise GTM strategy for Latin America
- Lead commercial negotiations and structure partnerships
- Build deep relationships with technical and executive stakeholders
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering on roadmap priorities
📋 Requirements
- 7+ years in enterprise partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical and commercial initiatives
- Prior experience with engineering and product teams at blockchain startups
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese
✨ Nice to Have
- Background in payments, stablecoins, or crypto infrastructure
- Familiarity with blockchain concepts like wallets and settlement rails
- Experience building a partnerships function from scratch
