Description

You will lead full-funnel paid media strategies for large B2B clients, shaping integrated plans across paid search, social, display, video, and emerging channels to drive pipeline and revenue. You'll own client relationships, mentor junior team members, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-performing programs that connect brand and demand.

Requirements

  • 5+ years digital marketing experience with strong B2B performance strategy focus
  • Proven success leading paid media for enterprise or mid-market B2B clients
  • Deep understanding of full-funnel marketing and account-based strategies across digital channels
  • Skilled in media forecasting, budget allocation, and measurement frameworks (multi-touch attribution, MMM, incrementality testing)
  • Comfortable presenting strategy and performance updates to CMOs, VPs of Marketing, and revenue leaders

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy and client communications for 2–3 enterprise/mid-market B2B accounts with $500K+/month media spend
  • Own client growth, retention, and roadmap development focused on pipeline generation and revenue impact
  • Architect integrated media plans across paid search, LinkedIn, programmatic, YouTube, ABM, and affiliate
  • Translate sales/marketing objectives into paid media strategies aligned to buying stages and account segments
  • Guide media forecasting, annual planning, and performance reporting with funnel-stage attribution and lead quality focus
