Description

You will lead the App Core squad, building and maintaining core mobile app infrastructure, optimizing performance, and enabling product teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences. You will guide the team to eliminate bottlenecks, improve app startup time, reduce native dependencies, and drive infrastructure modernization.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing mobile engineering teams or senior mobile technical leadership
• Strong technical background with Flutter and/or native mobile development (Android/iOS)
• Solid understanding of mobile software engineering principles and architectural patterns
• Experience with performance optimization and migration of core systems
• Knowledge of mobile observability, monitoring, and debugging tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the AppCore team of mobile engineers
• Set vision and strategy aligning with mobile platform mission
• Ensure technical excellence in app infrastructure components
• Collaborate with product engineering squads for faster feature delivery
• Drive performance improvements like reducing app startup time
