• Build self-serve dashboards for headcount, attrition, and compensation.
• Lead compensation benchmarking, salary banding, and role governance.
• Partner with Finance and Legal on people data and business planning.

📋 Requirements

• 4–6+ years in consulting, biz ops, or fast-growing startup.
• Track record of building systems and processes from scratch.
• Highly analytical with dashboard building and data skills.
• AI-native approach using AI tools to automate tasks.
