Description

As an Account Executive at Okta, you will drive new customer acquisition and growth in the Japan market, managing the full sales cycle for small to medium businesses. You'll partner with internal teams and channel partners to prospect, build pipeline, present solutions, and close deals, focusing on understanding customer challenges and mapping Okta's identity security solutions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years sales account management at a technology vendor
  • Sales experience in the Japan market
  • Track record selling to SMBs
  • Strong verbal and written communication in Japanese
  • BS/BA degree required

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute territory plan with pipeline generation
  • Prospect and manage sales cycle for SMB accounts
  • Present to C-level executives in-person and remotely
