You'll lead the evolution of our cutting-edge frontend platform, architecting complex user interfaces and setting standards for accessibility, performance, and responsive design. You'll partner with backend engineers to design and evolve platform capabilities, while providing technical leadership across cross-functional teams. This role offers the opportunity to champion engineering excellence and mentor others in a collaborative, remote environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead frontend platform architecture and establish scalable patterns
• Architect complex UIs with accessibility and performance focus
• Partner with backend engineers on platform capabilities
• Provide technical leadership across cross-functional teams

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development with React
• Expert-level understanding of GraphQL architecture and schema design
• Proven track record of delivering accessible and performant frontend solutions
• Advanced knowledge of testing strategies (Jest, Vitest, Playwright/Cypress)

• Experience with NX and CircleCI for CI/CD
• Experience with micro-frontends and modular design patterns
• Experience mentoring junior and mid-level engineers
