💼 About This Role

You'll lead design execution across all women's categories, driving trend forecasting and tech pack creation from concept to sample. You'll collaborate with merchandising and production to ensure designs are on trend and cost-effective.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design across all women's categories ensuring brand language coherence.
• Create and manage tech packs with specs, BOMs, and fit blocks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams in fit sessions and sample reviews.
• Analyze trends to develop seasonal concept presentations.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field.
• 3-5+ years of women's apparel design experience.
• Proficiency in tech pack creation using Adobe Illustrator or similar.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction and materials.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Backbone, Gerber, or Techpacker.
• Portfolio demonstrating multi-category versatility.
