Description

You will oversee the end-to-end Accounts Payable function in a high-growth shared services environment, leading a team to ensure accurate accounting, tax compliance, timely payments, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of relevant AP experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and local tax regulations
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the Accounts Payable team, ensuring balanced workload distribution
• Supervise invoice intake, validation, coding, and supplier reconciliation
• Ensure on-time payments in alignment with policies, controls, and cash flow priorities
• Review and approve AP reconciliations, aging reports, and monthly close deliverables
• Identify and execute process improvements and support automation initiatives
