You'll architect the global logistics playbook for a voice AI hardware startup, managing shipments across four locations. You'll own customs compliance for high-value prototypes and coordinate complex group travel for prototyping sprints. This role offers high visibility and the autonomy to design the entire operational architecture from scratch.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design scalable tracking system for parts across four global locations
• Manage heavy freight and shipping with carriers like DHL and FedEx
• Ensure international customs compliance for high-value equipment
• Coordinate group travel logistics for 12+ engineers to Asia

📋 Requirements

• Direct hands-on experience with major shipping companies and freight forwarders
• Proven ability to manage international customs and complex shipments
• Exceptional organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Based in San Francisco for on-site work
