You'll build Imprint's internal agent platform designing and deploying AI automation agents across engineering, operations, and more. You'll drive AI adoption company-wide, iterating from prototypes to critical capabilities. This role blends technical execution with cross-functional enablement in a fast-paced fintech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design Imprint's internal agent platform from the ground up
• Build 100+ specialized AI agents automating workflows across teams
• Integrate AI with internal systems like CRMs and data warehouses
• Rapidly prototype using cutting-edge AI frameworks and models

📋 Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in a high-growth technical environment
• Strong proficiency in Go, Java, or Python
• Experience with AI/ML frameworks like OpenAI API, Claude API, Gemini
• Deep understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with RAG architectures and model evaluation
• Knowledge of AI safety and security practices
• Familiarity with automation tools like Dust, Gumloop, n8n, or Zapier
